I dont want to get spoonfed but im looking for advice, what is the best way to monetize a page like this?

If you only have that one account I would do paid shoutouts and try landing some sponsor deals by reaching out to related companies. Also, add a link in your bio to a product maybe.

I don't think just 1 account at 40K can make a ton of money. If you have more, then have them promote CPA as was mentioned before.

You could sell it for about $400 I guess if you don't mind.
