404 to 301 Plugin - Be Careful

Just discovered this!!
I had some awesome domains sitting there,just with a blank wp and this plugin.
Today went to work on those after 3-4 months and all of them which had this plugin were de-indexed (previously indexed)
Damns,lost some good domains
Edit: 12 domains lost so far....
The irony is that parked domains are all indexed while those with wp and 404-301 gone 90% of my domains that used this plugin ... :/
