Im having some trouble, all my websites on one hosting account got hacked and a virus installed, hostgator
quickly removed them for me but no all my pages have a 404 error. The home page is fine but mydomain.com/anything has
a 404. I reinstalled Wordpress but it didnt work, Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this to happen?

    Thanks

In the process of removing the exploit it sounds like your pages were either deleted or renamed. Did you do connect via ftp to your site to see what happened to the pages?

I've seen a few fiverr gigs for virual removal, etc - maybe hit them for guidance?

That's what I did in the past with weird issues with a client site..
