Yes, using such videos to accumulate watch hours is a risky approach. While these compilations can quickly gain views and help reach the 4000 hours, there is a chance that YouTube may detect a violation of its rules

  3. The best thing you can do is keep making videos. Improve your content, work on better thumbnails. I’ve had over 10 channels that ended up dead, and I only started monetizing around the 6th channel. Now, I have 5 channels that are monetized.
