Is it possible that I can drive in traffics and 4000 per day to my website? Any techniques?or strategy?Please post it here.Thanks a lot.

Considering you're new, I'll take the time to answer politely before you get hurt:
1- Yes, it's indeed possible to drive 4,000 visitors/day to a site. Probably won't do it by tomorrow morning if you're starting, though.
2- Please, utilize the search function before asking such a broad question (and before someone less polite than myself posts on this thread).

There are many ways and methods. Try to search again using different combinations of words. Thats what I do and I find what Im looking for 99% of the time.

Well after doing a bunch of blackhat and whitehat, the most valuable thing you will ever know is to have valuable content. People like that. So things such as tutorials, a story, free service. Anything that people are interested in. Find something unique like disturbing stories, freaky stuff, superstitions. Things people dont usually do online.

Well you have a target in mind of 4000 so I can only guess that you have calculated a conversion rate at your site for a possible revenue stream. Work backwards from there: conversion > call to action > marketing material > web page (notice I said page not site) > copy > keywords all designed with SEO in mind. Then you turn on the Internet marketing activities such as article spinning and link building to drive traffic to the site. If you are not thinking in these terms well you are spinning your wheels. A separate activity would be the actual product creation/procurement to keep customers but my assumption is that you are already an expert with the product.
However, as Imata said, this is an incremental progressive journey and you should have set goals and activities to reach your stated traffic goal. I have similar goals and have doubled traffic to my own site but I am far short of my own target goal.
To date, I did SEO, have a good product, created some blog traffic and I have a marketing strategy in place. Now I will use articles, link building, Facebook, YouTube and press releases to reach my target. Each campaign has or will have a target goal. For each the mileage will vary.

Two way:-
1) Long and Hard way - make good site, do SEO and with time ranking will come up and with it traffic and money... It takes time but got best ROI
2) Easy way (comparison to 1st way) - Buy paid traffic or hire some one to do PPC or media buy or other kind of paid traffic... Keep tab on ROI or you might loose good money here...
BTW few other options blackhat or greyhat or whatever you say use BH tools and gain ranking and popularity easily or offer something free which is in demand and not available... lots of ways use ........

You must work hard on SEO and promotion of your website, and in fact it required some purchases of Traffic Serverices to get a big traffic as 4k per day.
Important, your content must be too interesting to attract a large amount of visitors !

May be you are right to generate seasonal traffic only. But it is more important to concentrate towards quality contents. Using this way you may be slower but increasing traffic will give good confidence towards achieving high traffic.
