I tested them all with my own script. I just called a cgi script I wrote that writes the remote address of the browser fetching the cgi. In my main loop I look at the html coming back. If it comes from my cgi then I know the proxy worked and I output the IP. If not, I output the error. The results are below. The left column is the IP of the proxy server, the right column is the REMOTE_ADDR environment variable. You would expect them to be the same, but there are quite a few aliases, so you may think you are using a different proxy when in fact the site you are connected to will see it as the same IP as last time. There are in fact 13 unique aliases of proxies that actually work. They are at the top of the list. Here are the results:
