It's hyped for a reason, it's BLOODY difficult to find good sales staff so I'm paying a premium to people who can help. Yeah, you could start off your own company if that's what you want to do. But alternatively, if you can't be bother with the one million other responsibilities that come with running a business full time, then forward me the details of anybody you know who could work for me and bring value to my business and recieve cold ,hard cash for it. Not bad for posting a few ads or just asking around a few of your mates.
I need the sales team to contact businesses based in UK/ US or Western Europe. There are no restrictions on where the sales agents may be based aslong as they speak fluent English. Thanks

Before that I was a top sales agent for the National Association for the Self Employed in the U.S. dealing primarily with small-mid sized business owners.
I would be more interested in hosting weekly WebEx teleconferences/presentations to teach the staff how to sell and build relationships using phone based sales tactics/techniques. My approach and teaching revolves around consultative sales approaches with an emphasis on building mutually beneficial long term relationships.
