I have been selling fidget spinners and fidget cubes, and it has been about a week now but still no sales.

Did you copy and paste from AliExpress or did you write your own description? It has to be very well written and sell them and convince them.

That many link clicks should atleast have gotten you a couple of sales. Have you tested the checkout with a test order? How many abandoned carts did you get?
 
yeah, make sure your page isn't broken on mobile as 85-90% of people at least will be coming from mobile devices if you're using fb ads

I've tested the checkout and it works fine.
