Hi guys I created a new website last month. So far 40 article average 2000 word each(not spinned or anything all good quality). So far didn't get any traffic yet. I dont know maybe too early. I got Ahref and semrush trials and found low competition keywords and adjusts all the articles with new keywords. Also got link whisperer and created internal links. Hope I will see some traffic soon. I think hardest part will be creating backlinks. I thought unique content was good enough, clearly not.

Build some web2.0 and those backlinks by @Rachmaninoff. And you should be fine.

Yes I thought that but I think they dont give much value anymore.
I was thinking getting 10 xyz domain(they are cheapest) create one page website with quality content and link back to my main website. Dont know if it is good idea. Or I can increase to content 100 see if it will make change.
According to ahref nearly %90 website doesn't get any single organic traffic. quality backlink needed but they are not free

Plan a strategy, Build a complete schedule of your activity for your website. Don't limit it to keywords or content, Keyword optimized content is first step but there are lot more steps to go -
- Webmaster setup.
- Link Building strategy - Don't only rely on web 2.0 or some profile stuffs in such initial stage. Go for proper strategy, Build link from your relevant niche. Do powerful guest post and much more.
- Keep optimizing and keep adding content.
- Social activities.
- and a lot more you can do! Monitor your competitors and get into the race.

Again i will say don't get in trap of "cheap" backlinks.
They will scrap your website before getting your started with traffic! Its good but after a certain time and to a certain level of extension only.
Follow a proper route if its your money site, and building your 10 xyz sites like PBN and trying to do that will be a big mistake if you don't know how to build a proper safe PBN networks. Search forum you will get lots of guide for that too, but i will recommend authentic niche relevant links. That's the best option.

I sent a guest post nice article to one website no response. I sent to another website(not popular) He asked me $50 to publish. Seriously I am giving them 1200 word unique content and still asking me money

I'm not an SEO expert so I can't explain to you how to promote using SEO strategies.
It depends on what you're writing about. If you're writing about pregnancy morning routine, the audience is different than if you're writing about pushups. So think where the readers hang out, and promote there. It's not very complex.
Yes dont know if I should try. I have articles nearly 4000 words related to my niche not published yet.

I think youre expecting results way too quickly. Compare it to a seed. You cant plant a tomato seed and expect tomatoes in a week.

Well, To me or to whoever work as SEO here on this forum itself.. We all know how hard it is but that's the right path.
You have 2 options -
1. Contact site owners and get your article published with links (Mostly they are all paid, we all do payments).
2. Hire a professional service (I am not a Jr. VIP so i can't help you with that at the moment) and get it done on behalf of you (Still that will incur payments, but will save your headache).
To be honest, link building legit ways are way too hard but it worth the time and pain. That gives you real fruit after a certain amount of deserving time.
Its like watching a kid growing for me everytime i start a new website for myself or my clients
Don't just lose hope! Just keep up the hard work if you want results.

Ok just to make sure, I have a few questions
• All the articles are related? I.e. In the same niche?
• You have a great category / article structure?
• You've sent the sitemap in Google Search Console?
On a side not, there is global indexation problem on Google happening right now. May be related to some extent.

1) ae those links indexed, 2) build some pbns and then guest posts you’ll get lots of traffic
