btw, I would say buy a old freelancer account with ratings...maybe even this will not work because now-a-days competition is much much more than before...or try to promote your fiverr gig so that u can get more and more orders...

1) You could start by offering free logo / banner design on this forum and kindly ask people if they will give you an honest review of your services. This will help you build more trust as you can use those testimonials as proof for future clients + it will promote your services and if you're any good, people will start contacting you for actual work.
While doing that, start working on a website. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a simple professional looking site with your portfolio and contact details. Something where you can redirect potential clients.
2) You can do offline work by advertising in local classified sites or newspapers, offer your design services local businesses for free in exchange for a refferal and again, if you're any good, people will start refering you on their own. You could even do something like offer those same people / local businesses / anyone you know something like a 10% commission for every client / sale they bring you.
3) You could expand that even more. Learn how to setup wordpress sites and combine that with your design skills to offer websites to local businesses. You can use the same method in 2) for getting clients as well as cold calling businesses from your local whitepages without a website or just straight walking inside their shop and starting a conversation where you ask them questions like "how is your business going?" or "how come you don't have a website yet?"

4) Expand your fiverr services with more gigs and promote those via those same forums or social media.

Well, Guy was may be trying to get some BHW members to give him Work...So he Keep introducing himself and telling he got 50 Orders in last month which means he already earned 250$ and still not know how to get orders..anyway..Buddy you are trying to spam a lot yourself on BHW..So you might be on risk of Banning yourself..!!
