40 Million Traffic within Few Days!

I mostly avoid link building due to the complications and the hard work it requires. However, it hurts when I see such SEO result which is directly related to backlinks.
Note: It's a page with very little text that got ranked within few days and getting millions of traffic. This is not my site, found it while doing research.

If you don't share the site, it's pretty much useless for us. Not saying you should... But otherwise it's a pointless one. May be figure it out yourself instead of a confirmation bias thread?
 
Make sure you save a link to that report for all the people who act like backlinks aren't as important anymore.

Google SERPs is your god, not some random "blackhat" seo forum, dude.

Follow what's working and do it on your sites.

This may be a coincidence, or in fact the site on which the page was created is very high ranking. Too few links, too many keywords and too much traffic is not normal. Hundreds of webmasters create this many links to their pages every day and don't get this effect.

Therefore, this page is the lone exception.

But without backlinks a lot of visitors to the site will not - it's true.
 
it can be backlinks or it can also be paid promtion.
btw op backlinks is a must for your site, except you are doing paid promotion for it, and have great content on your site.
that way backlinks will come naturally. just makesure your ads is loaded
 
Post the domain name so we can analyize what is behind it.
Without revealing the domain name you wont get much
 
It can be a mix of some high quality pbns and lots of footer-sitewide backliks mixed with xrumer-gsa blasts. The important thing he got to 40 M organic traffic. So whatever he did he did it right. Of course it will be gone in the next update but till then he will make a lot of money for sure.
 
I reckon it a found old dropped domain with very heigh content revived then pbn use.
My honest opinion .

Not all updates kill websites indexing sometimes updates improve indexing position

That indexed website must be doing something right as the traffic huge must be a reason for visiting it.

Google loves websites that gain plenty of traffic, makes the website very strong .

Quilty with rankerx and gsa.
But the budget will be huge.
Your need to hire a whole writter agency to get that heigh in the serps.
If they own the whole 35k backlinks
If you got writers all around the world can be done
