It just looks like the site is plain HTML. Why spent $40. Are you trying to achieve something else? Or just make the exact clone of the site?

Please look the site once properly everybody its not plain html there are some php forms too which i want you to be created! I will hier anyone of you if newelly failed in doing this job done !

Just checked some of the inner pages now. Well, I can do the job if the other one fails. $50 is bit too low for this. And well, I cant change the design since I amnt a designer, but I can guarantee the functionality.
