The best thing is to start working on SEO again and make it profitable again. There are plenty of keyword research tools available. So get some tool like traffictravis and start hinting for low to mid competitive keywords. start making unique content and do your homework well don't bother with finding a partner on here because most of these partners will drive low qualify junk traffic to earn there profit spilt and they don't take any responsibility about the adsense account you have. Only work with trusted partners or keep it yourself

I have an 10 years old adsense account with last payment in 2004, i am trying to revive it too.any suggestions are welcomed thanks.

what do you mean by 4 year old adsense ?
i have herd that sites gain authority with time , idk if adsense account gains authority with time.
