4 SMM BEGINNER QUESTIONS

Hello all, new to smm here, forming my first project plan, got a few beginner questions, any help is appreciated, TIA!
(I plan to use an ipad to manage these accounts through a SM management app, unless someone suggests otherwise).

1. When managing multiple accounts across several platforms, is it more reliable to use a residential or a mobile proxy? (Why is one better than the other? do both work on website & on apps?)
2. How many accounts of the same platform should i run? (Want to be as safe as possible so that i do not get accounts flagged)
3. What are some different ways to gain some warm organic traffic/followers from scratch? (new accounts)
4. Can my brand account be deleted for flagged ads IF ads are posted by a different account, promoting the brand account? (good idea to do this? I to have multiple different kinds of accounts in addition to brand accounts)

I can answer question 1. Some people use mobile proxies and swear by them but a lot of our customers use Static ISP proxies to manage accounts, the benefits to these is the IP doesn't rotate which raises less red flags so it's easy to manage having 1 IP for each account
