You should buy the method. I have not seen the method being sold here though, you should try other platforms for this.
Usually you put a piece of music into content ID through an aggregator (adrev or similar) and then get the claim money. YouTube has cracked down pretty hard on that in recent years, you'd probably need to 'launder' the track somehow, either buy an actually popular track or convince people to use it somehow.

Adrev is not working anymore I think
Was just explaining generically. I doubt anywhere is still able to do this, given YouTube is well aware of it.
The only way I could see it working is if you purchased the rights to a popular (and not royalty free) track used in 10s of thousands of videos and maybe only did it once every 3rd video.
