4 links on same page to same site . Is this a good idea? Is it a good idea to put 4 links with different anchor on same page, all pointing to same site? Will Google see it as scammy or disregard all the 4 links? Here's an example of what I mean, this is mere an example, below links are not my pages, you will get 404 error when you try to open them check credit score consumer credit report check credit report business credit report Thanks
1 link per site pointing to you with relevant anchor and theme/niche/subject is the bigger count, the more outgoing links to that page results to link juice spreading.
I think that only the first link work well the user has no influence in SERP, just useful for the user navigation !
One link per page is enough. You can get "n" number of links from one website. But the inner pages of the website should be different. 4 links on one page will count as 1 only so no use. Try diversify your backlinks to get the maximum benefit.
Is that so? But the 4 links point to different pages, they should receive the same amount of linkjuice I thought...
Link juice from a site is basically divided by the number of outbound links on the page divided by some big algorithm but in simple most of em say its the PR. That is Link Juice= # of Outbound Links/PR About the thread authors question Code: Is it a good idea to put 4 links with different anchor on same page, all pointing to same site? Will Google see it as scammy or disregard all the 4 links? I don't see any wrong doing this but when you mean same site, is it the different pages from your domain? If yes, not a problem at all. But the value of the link juice to your site may value less because your getting links from the same IP.
