I have a 4 letter .org, that is very, very close to expiring, and need to know: 1. sell it, 2. keep it, 3. fuhgeddaboudit

Also, it is legible, and is gaming niche related.

2 years, no backlinks. I'm willing to pay big bucks for back links if worth it.
 
I would keep it, but I'm a domain hoarder so...

How shall thou flip thy site?

as competition for adsense is low, and I know NOTHING of any other monetizing methods, that are legit. Like I said, gaming niche.

EMD has 22k searches monthly.
 
Build it up and see where just that takes you. There is a monetization method for everything, maybe G2A?

You know nothing of monetizing methods outside of adsense for gaming?? Amazon has quite a few gaming related products you could promote and ...most importantly ... it DOES work.
 
You should keep it since the renewal cost is quite low. Build something on it, or maybe sell it auction with a reserve that you think is acceptable for you.
 
More than likely, you should let the name go. If it's a four letter .org that isn't something premium like Body.org, and if you have no plans of developing..Odds are, you won't have much luck in flipping. It's not worth a renewal fee IMO
 
Keep it, you know yourself that it's a rarity to own a 4 letter domain. Then you state it spells something, so if you build it properly you could hold your own with that or find a way to sell it to someone.
 
Honestly 4 letter .org domains aren't that rare unless this is an actual product or service keyword, then you should definitely renew it! How much backlinks it has doesn't matter..

Well 3 letter .ORGs (4sr.org fa2.org, i.e. random combination dot org) go from $2000 - $5000 depends on how well you can tell the story of how it should be branded. I would assume a 4 letter org now is worth about $250 - $400, especially if it is a word or belong a niche... I can see it selling it for $300 or so (now if its 2e0a.org ... Maybe $25 - $50?)
