I just added a .com onto my current account I have with netfirms. I also just transferred an expiring domain from another registrar onto my netfirms account. I think thats what your asking?
The ONLY company with a worse control panel than Netfirms is 1&1.
Example:
Recently a mistake happen and all my private whois were disabled. A fiasco and a competitor has called me to inquire about my domain (Probably in order to pull stats but who cares). Anywayz,
I logged in in order to change the whois records to something less obvious and of course to re-enable the privacy. And then the nightmare began.
Their control panel is Javascript based. It means that EVERYTHING takes hours. In order to change whois records you need to unlock all domains, change, reenable the privacy and lock again and you cannot multiwindow in their platform.
Each domain takes 5 minutes because of window latency and you CANNOT update all at once.
Of course there were many errors along the way and the platform is so slow that I just gave up and contacted them to do this for me.
It took me 2 hours to update 20 domains. NOT WORTH the 3cents discount.
