4-6$ per (manual) Reddit upvote?!

I just did a post getting offers for buying Reddit Upvotes.

The professional appearing sellers have a price of 0.01$-0.06$. An for sure these actions are botted.
But there are two other sellers telling me a price of 4 or 6$ per Upvote :D
They say it's because the actions are made manual (and from high karma accs bla bla).

Seriously, is there any reason to spend the price of a meal for an upvote on reddit?
I don't think these prices are common. Am i right?

lmao, there is no reason to spend that kind of money on upvotes.
 
Definetly its a scam who in the right mind will spend $5 for a upvote ?
 
I don't know if it's a scam, but it's extremely overpriced. I'm buying upvotes for $0.01, botted, but it's working and that's what matters
 
Seems overpriced for just an upvote. Your better off focusing on organic growth through valuable content and natural engagement. A meal worth for a single upvote doesnt seem worth it in the long run
 
Both types of votes are different;
Some subs require you to have karma in the sub to have your vote counted. and some times bot votes gets comments deleted.
I see no point in spending too much for a vote if you do not have such requirements.

You can't verify the source of the upvotes so you can't tell whether the upvotes are done by hand or manually. Also, Reddit can't differentiate between upvotes from bots and upvotes done by hand. If Reddit could tell the difference they would shut down all upvoting services almost immediately.
 
I don't think it's necessary to spend so much money to get likes.
 
That's a crazy price for a single upvote! Better to look for more affordable and effective options, like using micro-task sites for real human interaction. Thanks for the tip!
 
There are definitely better options out there. Spending that much for a single manual upvote seems excessive. Using a micro-task site like SproutGigs for real human upvotes at a lower cost sounds like a more reasonable approach.

How this would look like?
How would you pay and track them?

Because let's say i need 100 upvotes on one post, i would need to hire 100 people from SproutGigs
 
No point spending that kind of money... the easiest way around is micro workers and there are plenty of platforms that can help you with this. Just don't get greedy, work with a plan - check content that already has a few upvotes, in those simply ask for 5 to 10 upvotes and that is all. Stay under the radar and milk the network for all its worth.
 
if i get that much, i will start new job as a reddit upvoter haha
 
That seems overly complicated and gives off a scam vibe.
 
Seems crazy overpriced imo, though with Reddit’s anti botting algorithms in place quality (content that sticks and doesn’t drop) will get increasingly more expensive.
