I don't think the problem is PayPal here, but rather the customer.
If he chargebacks the amount AND uses a credit card instead of PayPal balance to do so, you are basically screwed - so be careful, as you could lose your payment and your products, too. I would use another payment method - PayPal won't really protect you. There are thousands of cases of people being screwed by PayPal at just one click away.
It would suck losing $4000, just my two cents.
This had have happened before to some sellers I know. Despite having the invoice and shipping note, there's nothing the seller can do if the buyer files a dispute with his credit card company.

There are a lot of guys talking shit about paypal and such but based on my own experience I've never encountered a problem while using them as a payment processor , everything was smoothly on my side and I have had a lot of transfers over 10 grands , you should be fine imo but anyway give them a call
