3Year old suffers, nobody cares?

Clearly not a single fuck was given that day. Hard to watch really, gore videos are one thing, but seeing such a complete lack of humanity is another. Some info: 3 year old YueYue has been declared brain dead. She suffered massive trauma after the first truck ran her over. A total of 18 people passed her before a garbage lady helped. She was lying there for 6-7 minutes.
