3rd party tracking

Hello Every one.
i want to know which is the best 3rd party tracking software/service which prevents me from fraud, as i am running a CPA Network. currently i am running has offers enterprise version. but still i have fraud.

Can some one help me out ?

Everything I've heard and read about HO indicates they are pretty on top of support and updates/bugfixes.
Therefore, my suggestion is that you're possibly already using (and paying for) one of the best 3rd party solutions.

So, if I were you, I'd be getting in touch with HO, telling them that I am suffering from Affiliate fraud, and asking them to help me deal with it, as they are best placed to know how one of their members can implement all of their security features for fraud avoidance.
