3proxy Port Requirements

Hello, basically i've build a 3proxy server in my home. The default port 3128 is open but i can't connect from outside with my own IP. I mean as the userass@iport.

Note: Using Debian.

Here's my config
proxy -n -a -i(MY HOME IP ADDRESS) -p3128 -De(MyROUTERNAME eg. eth0)

Still can't connect with that. Is there any other ports to connect which is needed to be open? I mean, should i change anything on Linux or it needs to any change on my modem?

First time using 3proxy or is it just that specific case which doesnt work? pm me the details if you want.
