3PL International Parcel Forwarding

Hi,

I am looking for ecommerce 3rd party logistics solution and wondering if anyone can provide any insight.

My competitors are in China, and pretending to be in America. They use some sort of parcel forwarding service, so the USA shipping label is placed over the old international China to America shipping label. The kicker? They can do this cheaply and in 3 days.

I am in the U.K. and would like to compete in the American market with fast shipping. The issue? I sell personalised products. Each product is uniquely engraved, so I can’t use a cookie cutter fulfilment centre.

To compete I would either have to do the same thing and have custom parcel forwarding, OR pay express shipping of $70+ PER PARCEL. If I have custom forwarding I also have to pay USA domestic parcel rates which are quite hefty.

Any ideas what this custom parcel forwarding service is called?

The competitors items in question are $20 with free shipping. The only 3PL companies I have seen, would charge $15 for domestic America to America shipping. How is China doing this, and is there any way to compete?

I am a manufacturer.

Edit: The competitor are also selling / 3PL forwarding uniquely personalised products so there is a way to achieve this
