In my current situation, I have to work off of a mobile connection due to my IP being blacklisted on Facebook to run ads. I am curious to know if there will be a significant difference if any at all if I were to connect my laptop to a 3g mobile hotspot instead of a 4g mobile hotspot. 3G is pretty outdated now, but that's what I have access to atm. Obviously, it'll be significantly slower than 4g. But in terms of Facebook tracking, will there be any issues?

That should be okay, I hope.. kb/s is pretty painful. It will slow down your productivity in just sheer load times. Look into Multilogin and some good residential IP's if you want to return back to the home setup again.
yeah the service is terrible, I can't find a logical 4g plan with my service provider. I've tried something like MLA but w/o a proxy (big mistake). However, I learned that proxies have a learning curve.
