3D animation videos - YouTube?

Hi all,

I am currently looking at a niche of creating YT 3D Ambient Videos like the one below and wondered if anyone knew of any free 3D software or relativley cheap 3D software that I could learn to use to create them?

< Please take a look at this one and this is the kind of thing I am aiming for.

Even a list of the best 3D software would be really good, maybe its not even 3D Software I need.

At this stage I am just enquiring.

Any advice would be really helpful though, thank you in advance.
