3AC confirmed in trouble

.. risk management was way too poor , leveraging too much and .... believed in super cycle which didn't happen .

Or maybe they all personally got rich as fk and just milked the social media game till they could no longer do?

Both recently liquidated projects seem to have cashed all their crypto before everyone else. It's officially an "accident" but honestly it could be anything. If you were gonna front run the entire markets and cash out ASAP what happened is exactly what you'd do.

Not accusing the aforementioned or anyone, just speculating, but with crypto you never know.

Source?

3AC was an asset management company so I thought it's just what they did to get out easily. 3AC is paid a percentage on the profit they make with investors' money. When they lose money, they can either try to earn a lot of money elsewhere to get back over the value of the investor money they initially started with - but then the'll get paid only a commission on the profit over that initial value. Or they can close the company down and sell everything and then start a new asset management company with what's left of the investor money after liquidation. This way they get paid a percentage on the profit from the low value (after liquidation) so they earn much better for the same amount of work.

This can be a possibility as well , they would have pocketed a lot during bull their tweets were making btc and eth move 4-5% .

wasn't he even complaining on twitter that the people who were working on the liquidation were not treating him well or something? sounded pretty entitled to me
