So I have one post that performs well on rankings, and I decided to use it for another niche by just changing some text and replacing niche name.

Duplicate content is 38%, I receive 2500 daily visitors to my website post, which I added the new post link inside.

More than 24 h have passed and the post is not even Indexed.

I also submited to google explorer, and updated sitemap, but nothing so far.

What could go wrong? And what should i do?

This is strange, it has been indexed after i just changed old post title andstyle of theme , maybe coincidence

Finally, it got indexed right? May be you blocked spiders before, or may be it was the exact time when you changed title, it got indexed :)

Did you see what title it has been indexed?

The thing is that i have not changed the post title i wanted to be indexed.

it had effect when i changed another title of another post which was similar too

... or because you change the title of the important post, Google decides it need to reevaluate the content of the old post, so it needs to collect all relate information including the new post hence the new post is indexed.

I get indexed with 100% duplicate content on sites with 5 daily visitors. So I don't think that should be an issue. Tons of autoblogs are all reblogging content from the same source and get indexed.

Google will not index a copied content. Doing this is not good for your site. Be sure to write a new content on the same topic. It is better to make effort rather than getting negative results.
