Greetings Members,
I am new to this forum and hope to receive the best answers for my questions.I have read through and still reading through this forum so i have decided to come up with some questions .
I run a blog where dating sites links are been uploaded with few content.Its a dating site directory.I have a friend who says with this type of blog, i wont go far in it, no much traffic is generated, i wont make money etc. He has brought me down but i still believe that it can bring traffic,i can be approved by adsense or any publishing network. I have seen my competitor sites having about 10-20 dating links of a specified country and yet they have adsense and making a few bucks,so why is mine different?
what are the things i can do to make my site visible on google first page or second page?
how can i generate traffic to my blog?
what publishing company can i apply for?
how can i make money through this? even if it is $XX a month, i do not mind,i just want to get the method right and see how i can build more sites of this niche.

I have facebook account
I have registered on blog directory,search engines, trying forums
