I think there is a problem. I am still at newbies category. Over 1 month passed and i have 269 posts.

It's not a question about the amount of posts but more about the quality

i think their system works on the quality of posts too for example a thread of making a massive money and not just writing "thanks man" "this is awesome" and so on
and also base on your reputation sometimes IMO

the weather is nice and cool. what a wonderful day to be a newbie! ;)

Well, after a month of reading and posting here, you've learned and experimented that much?
I doubt it,you're still a newbie :)

Don't mix noob with newbie ;)

that's right...the system thinks that you are still a newbie...maybe for a reason..no one will become a real member who joined like 1-2 months agol....anyway, why you don't make some money instead of thinking about your bhw status?! o.O

So what do you want? You wanted to be a senior member for being a member here at BHW for about 36days? Maybe you need to stop acting and posting as a newbie then you'll probably get what you want.

haha.. The problem we encounter this days..
Why don't you PM the mods, maybe they will sort it out..OR.... they will ban you for wasting their time..

:o couldn't help, but laugh at this one. Guess the forum is against you, calling you a newbie and all that fun stuff. As others already mentioned, you should more focus on making money rather then on the status and what it says. Just a hint ;)

Maybe if you stop acting like a newbie the forum will stop calling you one. Honestly, caring that you are more than 30 days as a member and still called a newbie? WTF cares? If I had made some of the posts I saw in your history to run up my post count, I would be quiet and hope that no one noticed.

I don't remember the exact rules and I'm not wasting my time to look them up, but there are some things that trigger at 60 days, not 30... I'm wondering if it's got to be >50 posts and >60 days? I don't know and don't really care much - obviously you do though.

In the meantime focus on quality, not just quantity of your posts. Take a look at your reputation and thanks - that is an indication that very few people thought of your posts as helpful.

of a post - here's a snap shot of your input with each line of
text being 1 post each. i think you belong on the rank below

No problem here....just takes time. It took me approximately 60 days to get out of 'newbie' status. Still, even though I have been involved in IM on and off for several years now, the game keeps changing and I will forever be a newbie. I have gotten back at this full time in November and decided to join this forum in early March so I could give back to others and share my thoughts and experiences.

That is the real key here...sharing with others. Just being a forum member doesn't give you special rights, you have to earn trust and respect of the community. Carrying the title of 'newbie' means nothing to anyone if you have something important to say. Share with the members of this great forum. Many of my post have been meant to help others or offer a key piece of information from valuable experiences. Offer some insight that is helpful to others. Even if you had 1000 posts, nobody will take you seriously unless you have quality posts. It has already been said by others so I won't beat a dead horse here. Instead, I will offer some words of encouragement and advice: help others, be courteous, and give thanks to those who help you.

Any advice that you take on this forum and follow is extremely valuable to you so show others that you value it by having a conversation with them and engaging them. This is an excellent forum because people are so willing to help one another. In doing so, show appreciation to those individuals by being friendly. In time, your reputation as a member here will grow. Also, in time, the ideas and responses that you share with the community will be taken seriously. Give it time and in the meantime, share with others. Give thanks where thanks are due and if you don't have anything important to add to a conversation, don't say anything at all.

Good Luck here in BHW!

Wow so many off topic answers :)

I really don't give a crap about your posts. Forum can not possibly determine your quality of posts and automatically assigning ranks. And my answers would own yours .)

Anyway i want to become regular member for changing my avatar and being able to quote posts properly.

And another note that till today i made over 40k $ from IM . I own a real website not a mfa

Wow 40k $... Why don't you donate to BHW then? Maybe get a VIP status or something.

you own your own website made 40k yet your bitching about your post rank
havnt you learned anything post ranks dont mean crap, it doesnt mean your
good or bad either way, it doesnt make you better or worse.
im guessing as your so hung up on your rank your priorities are wrong.
are you sure your didnt make 50cents ?

OP, there is not a problem...there are some things you will come to appreciate about BHW.....

Quality is much more important than quantity.
Become more active, and a better, more wholesome contributor,
then you will get all the reps and thanks that you want,
however do not get "hung up" on issues such as
self-importance, self-preservation or self-actualisation.
(BTW The members of BHW do not treat fellow members kindly who act in such a manner).

As a point of information to all members.....
Short word posts such as "Good post"; "Thanks mate" etc will be deleted,
unless they add value to the thread.
(Persistently posting such useless comments may be interpreted as spam,
and lead to more serious consequences such as banning/infractions etc...)

Good Luck in your online endeavours, and enjoy your privileged
membership of BHW, irrespective at what level you are at, or indeed
whatever level you perceive yourself to be at.

Contribute with valued posts, and before you know it,
you will be a newbie no more!!!

Cheers

Max
