Hey there, I'm new to the whole social media game and I was wondering if $75 for a 32k Twitter is a good deal? The account is (at)lostworry and has been inactive for a while (about 3 months). Also, if I did buy it, would anyone hit me up with deck access? The last time the account was used it generated 1.4M impressions in 3 days, 7.7k retweets, and 8.9k favorites. If anyone has any advice, let me know. Once again, Im a beginner at this so sorry if I come across as a complete idiot.

It doesn't look like it's been inactive. Looks like it's been very active.
Some tweets get 20 to 30 RTs/likes, while some get more than 500. And they're similar tweets. Looks like it's been in a tweetdeck, or at least has been retweeted by some large accounts.
When you get hold of the account, you can probably expect engagement toward the lower end of that range if you're not part of a tweetdeck.
Whether it's worth the $75 ... depends on what you plan to use it for.

I currently am running an online clothing line so I would plan to use it to promo that at some points and hopefully generate some sales there. And I know that it used to be in a tweetdeck which is why it gets around 20 RTs organically. However, I get access to two decks if I buy it but I know that they are both pretty spammy in regards to who is in there. I think that if I did a rebrand of it somewhat (into something like adventure and travelling), I could use it to fit the idea of my clothing brand and to make it very easy to manage the two together (similar pictures, quotes, etc.)

The deck is worth more than the account for sure, however spammy it may be. This account wasn't built to be successful; it was built and grown to be sold. It's a nicheless (google told me that's a real word 
) account with exclusively untargeted followers. I'd encourage you to shop around more to try and find a more cohesive account, especially if you're going to be trying to generate leads of any kind from it.
