I have 30m+ emails that I would like to blast with cpa offers and such. I need help emailing them, as I am totally new to mass mailing. If it's a scraped list, you are wasting your time. Return would be lesser than the cost in all probability.

Yes, Im aware of that, I have several different campaign ideas that I know using test emails that bypass this filter, but thanks for the heads up.
Anyone else that can possibly help me? What I have deduced is that you need mta 4+interspire and then some vps's. Is that the main jist of things?
