302 Redirect on expired domain

Hi, I would like to buy a domain for my PBN, but when I check it in archive org it makes a 302 redirect to another site. I've checked in depth the domain and it is clean. Should I buy it? I think yes because all the links point to the old domain, so the link juice goes to the old domain. I am right?
