Will meta refresh pass same link juice as 301 ?

i can't do a 301 on site that is why i want to do meta refresh , will it work ?
After some searches i found "0 second meta refresh works like a 301/302" will it really pass any link juice ?

thanks,

actually if you use meta refresh then it will take minimum 1 sec time to refresh , so your bounce rate will increase. and for not found page you can not use meta refresh option.

Thanks

for the dumb people like me lol what is a meta refresh?

it's every were (wait some time you are being redirected )

i not care about bounce rate , i only care about seo link juice which my old site has.
i just want to know will it pass any link juice ?

no it will not. a meta refresh is a soft redirect, mostly used for redirecting traffic and not passing link juice. Your site will load up and then fire the meta refresh sequence.

A 301 is like an "ultimate" backlink if you will...

is there any way to do 301/302 in html ?

no. you need server access.

I am guessing you're trying to redirect a web 2.0 to your moneysite... that's not gonna work. Instead have 1 d0f0llow link on it. It will pass you most of the juice (in average a web 2.0 has ~15-20 "OBL's" which pass juice)

one of my web2.0 got ranked in google for a competitive term and i know it will get removed easily that is why i want to do a 301.

this is on blogger... now I don't know if it's a soft redirect (302) or a permanent one (301) but it's worth a try.
buy a domain and redirect to it, then redirect your newly purchased domain to your moneysite...

but since you're saying it will get removed (deleted or drop in SERP's ?) use a meta if you're interested in getting traffic or a single d0f0ll0w if you're interested in juice...
