and more. There is a new one that is very quick to work using 301's that I daren't put in here but a black hat "associate" of mine said she's dropped quite a few of her client's competitors within days!

There is alot of speculation that its a form of page rank bleeding. I havent found a resource confirming this, but a lot of resources I have found believe that 301'ing from a sandboxed site to a new site can hurt its PR/SERP, even dragging it under with it. Perhaps someone from these forums can shed a more definitive answer.
