301 Redirects to affiliate links

Hi all,

I have over 50 urls which were recently deindexed. Working on making a plan on what to do with these sites.

Have any of you done 301 directs to something like Amazon? To where you can actually rank an affiliate page?

When I use the SEO Doctor Firefox plugin, I get the orange flag icon for product search pages, and the stop sign icon ( non-indexable) for individual product pages using my amazon aff ID>
