    Hi.

Thinking of buying some domains with strong links and TF etc on auction.

    Are 301's still effective?

    Cheers

Do you place all your redirects at once or space them out?

I would also like ideas on 301 redirects. Is it to redirect a domain that gets a thin content penalty to a new one with the same structure?

I would space them out some

You can 301 a domain if your moving to a new website and dont want to lose your rankings or if the domain has good links you can 301 it and get that link juice to help your site rank

301 redirects have been *mostly* killed after the repeated google updates. They used to work amazingly well, however it just isn't the case anymore
