301 redirects and ranking in google question

Guess some one doing PPD and create a medium PBN network to RANK his link with that...So guess so called normal 1000 Search per month..niche . I don't think its really worth to 301 redirect 4-5 domain just for each link. I would like if someone actually look at this question and answer me how would you rank the PPD link without any footprint with contextual PBN link. Also how effective this could be. Thank you
