Check your backlinks first and make sure none of them are SUPER SPAM and knocking it down. Other then that I'd give it a few weeks before performing a 301 redirect as it could just be stuck or possibly the other site is running campaigns.

I always keep a rank check of my competitors so I know when they are running seo campaigns and when I need to UP my efforts.

What do you mean by that? Are you checking backlinks? Monitoring SERP ranking? or Are you just talking about page rank?

"Disavow" links that got you in the place you are in now. I'm saying that you may have created some links that google viewed as SPAM.

on the flip side maybe NEW competition has entered your niche.

Message some of the other customers who purchased the same links and see if they are running into any issues.

Disavow does work but more importantly look at your link structure in Gwebmaster and see if any of the links have an unfamiliar look for HEAVY over used anchor text.

thnx, i asked to seller but, he told non of his clients are affected and my anchore text are also diverse

use disavow to remove the spammy links..

it works better if you're not penalized already.

as I keep saying:

build spam/buy packages onto parts of your website that can be removed and redirect the link power through a d0f0ll0w link. It's common practice nowadays but people just keep on spamming the main domain.

I read the other day (I think from SEOBook) that across ALL of their clients, the disavow tool works in less than 15% of the cases. In other words, it's great for telling Google where the spammy links are, but not so good for helping your site recover.

My vote is you start a new site because you have a keyword-level penalty.
