    I decided to split my wordpress site today. The main page is using the original install and only using pages. And I made a separate /blog/ with its own install for posts. I have migrated all of the posts over.

    Is there an easy way to 301 redirect all posts using this format, example.com/post-title/ to example.com/blog/post-title/? Once I do this, should I delete all of the posts in the original place or leave them?

    I am not sure if it will work but you can try to do it directly in wordpress.

    1. go to setting->permalinks
    2. choose custom permalinks
    3. type /blog/%postaname% as custom structure

    That didn't work which sucks! I decided to 301 each post individually.
