So guys,if I build a website around a keyword or 2,with an EMD,practically as soon as it reaches page one for the keywords I want,I can make a 301 redirect to my real website wich ain't an EMD then my main domain should receive all the rankings for the keywords from domain (a) and PR aswell, maybe.

    So,any experience with this?

When you just change the domain's name but leave the content untouched, it shoudln't result in a deranking but if you 301 to different content, G is bound to notice the scam.

Yes, the 301 will redirect ~90% of the link juice. Rank it, redirect it and let us know your results. :)
