i learned about 301 redirect trick to improve pagerank, my question is does this really improves page rank?? i mean temp or perm.? how to do it for blogger? does it affect my current search engine ranking? can anyone please share some more info.....

Pagerank really means nothing. The links that go to your site are what they use to calculate the value of your site.
