Hello there, im pretty sure im overthinking this but I want some tips from some experts on how to proceed.

I sniped a domain that just expired and this domain happens to be a big brand name. What I wanted to do with this domain was just re register it and open an affiliate site and sell said brand names products on it. I cannot do this however due to the brand name being in the url so I am planning on 301 redirecting this site to a different one in order to retain most of the link juice and avoid a cease and desist letter in the mail.

I plan on building this affiliate site on an expired domain that is a few years old to endure the huge redirect. What I am stuck on is what to do about the topical trust flow. Do I need to find an expired domain that has VERY similar stats in terms of topical trust or can I just use any old expired domain I find that is just a little similar? And what about the extension? for example if the site I sniped was a canadian brand name that ended in . ca should I find an expired . ca site to build the new site on? Or can I use a . Org etc? Im sure keeping both as a . ca would benefit rankings but I dont know how much...

5 dolla pp gift or your choice of pbn domain from my list of 211 18-23TF pbn domains

What you have to do is, create a new site and redirect your sniped domain to the new site.
So the new site will be the same as the sniped domains. And from that point what you have to do is, use the new site for marketing like you wanted to do for the sniped one.

Okay why do I have to use a fresh domain though? Can I not find an aged domain in the same niche and 301 redirect to it?
