Looking for someone that has access to domains that are banned or knowingly been hurt because of over optimization, spammy linking strategy, etc.

We need to point hundreds if not thousands at a domain that we would like to be pushed down the rankings.

We know this strategy works, and works extremely well. Just need to find the right partner here to make this a reality.

You can find 1000s of such expired domains and you will possibly want to add privacy and different IP per domain. For the same price you can get high quality expired domain and rank it or 301 it to your site.

Which reality? The reality to have fun with Bubba in jail? In case you don't know, in the US negative SEO is covered by the "Computer Fraud and Abuse Act", similar laws exist in most countries of the western world. While the chances to get caught are slim, negative SEO is a real crime, it's has nothing in common with blackhat SEO. This isn't a forum for criminals.
