Hello! I accidentally built backlinks to a non-indexed page on one of my sites. 
Stupid move. Can I 301 the non-indexed page and still pass the juice / rank to an indexed page?
I've been waiting for almost 45 days for Google to recrawl that specific page. That's why I'm thinking of doing the 301, rather than wait.
