301 redirecst after Google Fred!

I lost 80% of your traffic after Google 8 March update.
The site does not come back. I plan to make 301 redirects. Have you tried and succeeded after this update? Would you recommend ?

no i wouldnt recommend. i'd try to fix the issue in the core

But all my traffic is disappearing. If I make 301 redirects, does it get back to its original state?

well there must be something wrong with your backlinks. if you make a redirect, they will follow. i do not have experience with 301s but why not make more good backlinks? fix your anchor profile? we cant tell whats wrong with your site but somehow everyone thinks that 301 is going to be an medicament for anything

The problem is that there is nothing wrong with my site. I made a lot of changes, but there was no improvement
 
301 isn't helping me out re rank the domain. just helping me to index internal and external links fast...
 
If you expect to fix anything with 301 redirect, then you will end up very badly disappointed and potentially even screw up your site more. There is not a single reason why your site should get back to original position with 301 redirect when you got hit by an algorithm.

That's like trying to fix a finger paper cut by hitting yourself in the head.
