So I've just 301 Re-directed my site to a new domain, does anyone know how long it will take for the new URL to replace the old one in the SERPs?

You will see the results within a week or two.

usually a week or less. But Ultimately the results will depend on your Redirected Domain :)

1-3 weeks typically but I've seen same day results- Maybe ping it a few times..
Sprinkle some social links to get the crawlers there if you want it sooner.

Depends on the authority of the old domain name.. But, normally, it takes a max of 2 weeks for the old url to disappear from the index. If you want to expedite it, use the change of address feature in webmaster tools.

All said above + keep linking both old domain and the new one and the results will come :)

Mine took just A week and four days. So expect a similar pattern.

Thanks a lot for the responses.

Can anyone recommend any good pingers?

Megapinger (desktop application) is free (at least used to be) and awesome. Otherwise there are some web based ones (google search my friend)..
