When buying a domain for the purpose of doing a 301 to a money site, does its PR make any difference, or am I better off finding ones with high backlinks?

Now the question of the day, if there's a domain with high metrics but BL anchor txt spammed/symbols and other crap, how would such react on $ site?

I have 2 domains I'm looking at, both are kind of in the niche I'm in or thereabouts, from a quick scan, they both have legit back links and some slightly fishy ones.

Here's the metrics

Site 1
External Backlinks 319
Referring Domains 49
Referring IPs 39
Referring Subnets 37
Trust Flow 12
Citation Flow 23

Site 2
External Backlinks 895
Referring Domains 67
Referring IPs 60
Referring Subnets 59
Trust Flow 14
Citation Flow 25

What is a good trust flow to look for?

Bump for advice on trust flow / ratio

40+ DA/PA... high trust flow.... > PR
This is pretty much true, but if you have to ask this kind of question you're probably not ready for 301s. You need to understand WHY they work, and what a legitimiate backlink profile looks like. Just 301'ing domains because they have PageRank or stats isn't going to help you if you don't know what to look for and why they work.
