I have a couple of hundred facebook accounts which have just under 300k friends overall.
To gain some money, would i be best off selling invites to peoples fanpages or is there anything better i could do with them?
Please post your ideas to help me out

If you know how to make pages and got plenty of time to test, stick CPA on them.

i'd love to buy invites to my band fan page,
how much will it cost?
and how will u do it? u cant just select all and invite...

There is probably much more money in building fan pages for yourself or doing something else with your fans. The average rate for 300k invites is about 30$ which kinda suxx. If you wanna trade 300k invites for a good 3 step thingy. Let me know.
