30000 email accounts with passwords

So lets say you have 30000 email accounts with passwords, from various email providers. how would i go about sending lets say 1-10 emails from each account? or perhaps opting in for a mailing list

is there a program that can login to a large ammount of email accounts send some mails and log out automatically, and would i need proxies for this. so i dont get caught. and how would be the best way to monetize this if you hypothetically had this information

there are some softwares that does that type of mailsending but from same provider like hotmail sender.. i am not sure abt names...
